Made-to-Order & Fitting
Every LARMES design starts with tailoring, so fit matters to us as much as the design itself. Our made-to-order and fitting service adjusts measurements and silhouette to you, so a dress for a wedding, an event or a photoshoot fits as it should. Each piece is made in our Ho Chi Minh City atelier after your order is confirmed.
Three ways to get your fit
Standard size, adjusted
Most LARMES pieces come in S, M and L, and many newer designs also in XL. If you are close to a standard size, we can adjust it for you: bust, waist and hip can be taken in or let out by up to about 4 cm each (some designs can only be taken in), and the length or sleeves can be shortened. Adjustments add about 3–5 days.
Custom size
Choose the custom size option on the product page, then tap "Enter your measurements" to send them to our team. A custom size dress is cut to your measurements, from XXS up to well beyond the standard range; larger sizes are re-patterned rather than simply scaled. Custom sizes take about 15–20 days to make.
Design changes
On many designs we can also change a detail for you: move a slit, add lining behind sheer panels, lengthen a hem or add sleeves, change a neckline or sleeve shape, or make the piece in another colour or fabric. Simple changes take about 10–14 days and changes to the cut, colour or fabric about 15–20 days. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm whether it is possible for that design.
What to send us
Please measure in centimetres, ideally with someone's help. Our Size Guide explains how to take each measurement.
- Height (cm) and weight (kg)
- Bust, at the fullest point
- Waist, at the navel
- Hip, at the fullest point
- Shoulder width and the length from the base of your neck to your waist
- Sleeve length, for sleeved designs, and pants length, for trousers and sets
- A full-length photo or short video, front and back, in close-fitting clothing
- Your occasion, the date you need the piece, and any fit preferences
How it works
- Consultation: message us or visit the store. We help you choose the design, size and any changes.
- Confirmation: we check your measurements, confirm the details and any additional cost, and confirm your order.
- Making: your piece is tailored in our atelier. Standard sizes take about 7–10 days, custom sizes and design changes longer, as above.
- Delivery: collect it at the store, or we ship it to you. International delivery usually takes 7–20 business days depending on the destination, and express shipping is available on request. See our Shipping Policy.
If you have an event date, tell us when you first get in touch so we can plan the making and delivery around it.

At our store at 345 Vo Van Tan Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, our team will advise you on the design and measurements that suit your occasion. You try the piece on, and we adjust it until the fit is right. Please contact us before your visit so we can prepare.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order a dress in a size that is not listed?
Yes. Choose the custom size option and send your measurements from the product page. Any size can be made; for sizes far outside the standard range the pattern is re-cut for you, and we will tell you honestly what works best for that design.
Does custom sizing cost more?
Some custom sizes and design changes carry an additional cost, for example when a larger size needs more fabric. We always confirm it with you before production starts.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
About 7–10 days to make a standard size, 3–5 days more for adjustments, and about 15–20 days for a custom size or a change of cut, colour or fabric. International delivery then usually takes 7–20 business days.
Can I change the colour or a design detail?
Often, yes. Colour, fabric, neckline, sleeves, length, slits and small details such as buttons or a bow can be changed on many designs. Message us with the piece and the change you would like.
Do I need to visit the store?
No. You can send your measurements, photos and questions online or on WhatsApp and Zalo. In-person fittings take place at our store in Ho Chi Minh City.
Can I exchange a made-to-order piece?
We offer exchanges, not refunds, under the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy; please report any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Because custom pieces are made for you, please check your measurements with us before ordering.
