SHIPPING POLICY
At LARMES OFFICIAL, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our procedures and your responsibilities.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Accuracy is Key: Please ensure all shipping information (name, address, email, and contact number) is 100% correct to avoid delivery delays or return of goods. LARMES OFFICIAL is not responsible for delays or cancel caused by incorrect or missing information provided by the customer.
Verification: We may contact you via Email to verify order details if necessary. Please check your Email regularly after placing an order.
2. SHIPPING TIME & RATES
International Shipping: We ship to most regions worldwide (except for areas currently experiencing war).
Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 7 – 20 business days, depending on your destination.
Express Shipping: Express options are available upon request. Rates vary based on the destination and delivery speed. An additional fee if you choose express shipping.
Shipping Fees: Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout do not include customs taxes or duties.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 5 working days after purchase), you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.
You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment online.
Please note: We will only send the tracking number to you via your personal email address.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (IMPORTANT)
Customer Responsibility: All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes (tax rates will vary depending on the region). The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. LARMES OFFICIAL does not collect these fees. It is the customer's strict responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties to receive the goods.
Disputes: We are not responsible if a customer refuses to pay taxes or delays the payment, leading to shipment issues.
Consultation: If you have questions regarding tax amounts requested by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately before making any payment or communicating with the carrier. We are not liable for unexpected charges if you proceed without consulting us first.
5. REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipment due to tax/duty fees or any other reason:
You will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (both original and return shipment), and the cost of returning the package to our Vietnam address.
These costs will be deducted from the order value you have already paid.
