RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At LARMES OFFICIAL, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase or requesting an exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • LARMES OFFICIAL offers EXCHANGES ONLY. We do not offer cash refunds.

1. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free of odors (perfume, body odor, chemicals).

  • Packaging: Original tags and labels must be attached. All accessories (if any) must be included.

  • Proof: A purchase invoice is required.

  • Mandatory Requirement: For online orders, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package condition upon receipt to verify claims.

2. EXCHANGE SCENARIOS & COSTS

A. Seller's Responsibility (Free Exchange) LARMES OFFICIAL covers 100% of shipping costs if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product received does not match your order (wrong style, color, or size sent by us).

B. Customer's Responsibility The customer is responsible for two-way shipping costs (return shipping + new delivery) if:

  • You wish to exchange for a different size (due to ordering the wrong size).

  • You wish to exchange for a different product model.

C. Price Difference Policy

  • Higher Value: If the new item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.

  • Lower Value: If the new item has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.

  • Note: If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will resolve the issue based on the actual situation at that time.

3. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale/Outlet Items: Products purchased during promotions or at discounted rates.

  • Non-Compliant Items: Products without tags, invoices, or those that have been used/damaged.

  • Missing Evidence: Claims without an unboxing video.

4. TIMELINES & PROCESS

  • Reporting Window: You must report any issues to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. LARMES OFFICIAL reserves the right to refuse complaints made after this timeframe.

  • Exchange Period: The exchange process must be completed within 7 days from the date we confirm your request.

  • How to Return:

    • In-Store: You may bring the item directly to the nearest LARMES OFFICIAL store.

    • By Mail: Send the item to the specific address provided by our support team.
